The recent targeting of the Christian community in Faisalabad’s Jaranwala area was an attack on humanity that goes against the principles of the Holy Qur’an. Authorities must intervene and make efforts to rectify the situation so diverse communities can coexist harmoniously. Sustainable reforms are needed before the moral fabric of our society is completely tainted.

On a lighter note, September also marks four major fashion weeks around the world- in New York, London, Milan and Paris- making it an important month in the global fashion calendar. This is the moment for fresh designs, new beginnings and creativity.
