Red Dragon Chicken with Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2–3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add chicken, black pepper, and tandoori masala. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
3. Add green chilies, bell pepper, and carrots. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
4. In a bowl, mix chili garlic sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and soy sauce. Add to the wok.
5. Let everything simmer on low heat for 1–2 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
