This warm, gooey s’mores dip is simple to prepare with dark chocolate, cream & marshmallows. Pair it with graham crackers or digestive biscuits for dipping – perfect for sharing!
Ingredients:
– 220g dark chocolate, chopped
– 1 cup heavy cream
– Marshmallows (as required)
Method:
1. In a bowl, add the chopped chocolate and cream. Melt them together over a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Pour the melted mixture into an oven-safe dish.
3. Arrange the marshmallows on top of the ganache.
4. Bake at 180°C for 4-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are browned.
5. Serve with crackers, digestives, or any biscuits of your choice.
